Definitely one can see a difference in skin texture from the day one 
No doubt on the result of derma roller the only thing you need to keep in mind is the proper precautions of hygiene.

Like to clean the derma roller in either normal saline solution or in rubbing alcohol or atleast in other disinfectant solution , so all you need to do is to dip derma roller in a glass with sufficient amount of normal saline solution 

Atleast keep the derma roller in alone for 5 min , or can be for more than 5 mins.

Now the derma roller is free from infections and yet safe for skin

How often can we use derma roller

Once you go for treatment of derma roller or we can say once you do procedure of derma roller than you should wait for atleast one week
So that you could recover your skin puncture from last treatments.

Please note never use derma roller on daily basis it may damage your skin.
