In the study it proved that healthy postmenopausal women were divided into two groups.



A test was conducted For the period of  16 weeks all they have to divide in two groups one group consumed 20% of their daily calories as almonds, and the other ate the same percentage as non-almond fare.



Two compare two groups A facial photograph and image analysis system was used to assess wrinkle width and severity at the start of the study, and then after eight days and again after 16 weeks later. 



Result :  Researchers found that the women who consumed almond in their group had significantly decreased wrinkle severity and width compared to the non-almond group.
